- Utilizing professional resources and qualified vendors and subs

- Providing extensive practical construction knowledge

- Preparing bid documentation

- Developing project schedules

- Collaborating with consultants and specialists in areas of mechanical, electrical and plumbing

- Coordinating with project contractors, architects, engineers, consultants, and suppliers

- Managing and coordinating the fabrication and installation of interior finishes, millwork, and furniture

- Reviewing and evaluating the installations and construction during and upon completion, as representative of and on behalf of the client

- Preparing a punch list of incomplete or deficient items in construction, products, and installation as a representative of the client
